June 19, 2007 - The Fair Food Foundation announced today the release of a study of the economic impact of local food purchases in Detroit and surrounding area.

The study, completed by Michael Shuman for the Foundation, examines the potential economic impact of encouraging residents in and around Detroit to purchase more local food and beverages.
